  9/17 ¡Qué color! ¡Qué nariz!Estos son argumentos. Largas piernas, color cereza maduro volviéndose marrón. Nariz achimeneada que incluye carne cruda, tabaco rubio o nuez moscada. Tan, tan bueno. Puedas pasar tu vida entera esnifando esto. Han pasado 10 años y por desgracia, esta botella sólo muestra una sensación en boca acuosa. Este vino ligero tiene, pese a todo, un fantástico finasl, sabroso y amargo. Maridó unos tallarines boloñesa caseros. Esa nariz...hummmmm

  Todavía muy firme, con cuerpo, lleno de matices de vainilla aportado por el roble. No es aún un clarete pero está madurando; quizás en 3 años más. Dentro de la botella se prepara un a crema muy buena: ahumada, afrutada y llena de aromas de tierra. Un vino que tiene sus seguidores.
