  July 21, 2017 - Lots of mineral flavors/structure with light acidity. Some herbs, lemon and tropical fruit add pleasant flavors, though secondary to the minerals. My only bottle though I'd be curious to see where this goes with aged a few more years.

  N: Strong!
  P: Opens inoffensively, but soon picks up weight and balance. An impeccable wine, it almost screams precision, care, quality and cut. Notes of yellow fruits. Very good length. A really lovely white!

  February 13, 2016 - Light yellow in color; somewhat reticent nose with notes of flowers.
  
  Still light-bodied, but there is more "substance" to this wine than the first Fendant I tried. Nice persistence on the finish, refreshing. Very likable.
