  June 3, 2022 - Red cherry and cranberry fruit, maybe even a little rhubarb. Very tart initially, but mellowed a lot the 2nd day. A nice bit of subtle oak came through at the finish once that acidity retreated.
  
  6/24/2022 Different bottle 3 weeks later and hardly seems like the same wine. Still centers around the red fruit, but didn't seem to have near the tartness, and got a little earthiness to go with the light oak on the finish.
  
  12/17/2022 Notes are much more consistent with the first bottle than the second. Tart cherry, cranberry & rhubarb fruit. A little to sharp on opening, but balanced itself out after an hour or so.
  
  5/24/2023 Jekyll and Hyde continues. Softer fruit and earthiness, tartness was lurking, but nowhere near the dominance from a couple of the earlier bottles. I have no idea what's going on with this wine.
  
  9/11/2023 Last bottle and more of the tart fruit, less of the earthiness. Never knew what I was going to get with this one.

  April 15, 2022 - Berry, cherry, some sweetness. Tasty with the slow-roasted duck and with the rice and truffle oil.

  May 3, 2018 - A little “sharp” yet. Kind of boozy. I would lay these down for awhile.
