September 25, 2021 - Drinking really well. Medium-full body. Smooth texture, slightly chewy. Tannins nicely integrated. Flavors of chocolate, cassis, cherry liqueur, green herbs, some black pepper and a bit of underlying mineraly earth.

September 4, 2019 - Dark brick red in the glass. Aromas of green pepper, eucalyptus and cola. This wine still had a significant amount of tannic structure and is still young. Lovely wine and with time to age. Flavors of tart dark berries which will continue to evolve over time.
