October 7, 2021 - Nice development on the nose here, a touch of earthy blackberry fruit with savoury aromas of blackcurrant leaf, stem. Dark mineral nuances; elegant weight, still has nice fruit, probably the best moment to drink this. A touch of austerity. Very pleasant drinking.
