July 28, 2015 - Catado a ciegas.
Frescura atlantica, algas, yodo, mar, fruta blanca. Alguna nota floral para redondear el conjunto y el granito imponiendose poco a poco.
La boca refleja la nariz, con un paso algo untuoso y una acidez maravillosa.
Un vinazo donde no se nota nada de nada la madera.
