  November 21, 2022 - Don’t drink much Merlot and this one was a pleasant surprise! Had not had a 2012 in 4 years and this wine has developed into a big, bold juice ball! Plenty of dark berry and cherry flavor. Decanted for 2 1/2 hours and it was oh so smooth! Very dark, rich, and complex. Enjoy it you still have any but it has life left in the bottle.

  January 30, 2022 - Sometimes I think that Merlot is just a sweet spot for Robert Foley... these wines never disappoint ever.

  June 5, 2020 - Decanted 1/2 hr. Dark fruit nose. Consistent tastes of dark cherry, dark berries and a hint of chocolate.

  April 15, 2020 - Pop and pour in syrah stems. Tight nose w hint of graphite. After only 45 mins in the glass this has softened considerably but the flavors are all about deep, rich, dark fruit.
  
  Interesting wine, sorry we drank so quickly but look forward to retesting another bottle before the year is out.
