January 22, 2021 - Supper at Franks (Frank's place in Matraville): From half bottle. Apricot over spiced orange marmalade underpinned by a touch of toffee/caramel and a little vanilla. Medium plus intensity acidity, textured grip on the mid palate, orange and apricot are reversed on the palate with candied orange peel. Sweet but not lusciously so. Nice.

October 3, 2020 - Excellent with age. Not cloyingly sweet at all. Tea notes, tropical fruits, fresh.

January 28, 2020 - Some 2005 Sauternes: Attractive nose of lemon, honey, some tropical notes, very fresh. Rich palate with more honey, slightly tart botrytis finish. Good balance, but med- length. A good wine, solid and showing well now. Not a lot of complexity yet emerging.
