September 22, 2022 - Decanted four hours, low 60’s.
Deliciously smooth tannins, dark berries with a touch of sage and eucalyptus on finish. Beautifully balanced, long finish.
Five years since tasting at cellar door, good for another five years before next bottle -

June 6, 2021 - Much better on day 2. Colour holding up but losing a bit of brightness. Woody nose, palate fresh, plum, chocolate and an eucalyptus finish. Wouldn’t guess it as Clare but can see why. The finish is brilliant and pushes it to 91 for me even if the alcohol is a bit warm. Drink now or in the next year.

February 17, 2021 - Varietally correct, alcohol a little hot, oak fully there. Plush and expressive fruits that evened out with some air. Just too ripe for my tastes, but I can definitely see the appeal here.
