November 30, 2019 - In magnum pop and drunk over several hours.
Petrol, floras , quince, and fruit pith on the nose. Full bodied and dense yet with enough acidity to carry it. A serious, viscous, mineral driven structured riesling with a soil more than fruit driven style. At peak in this format, but I cannot see a reason to wait. -

January 1, 2016 - Drank from magnum. Golden yellow. A lovely wine with power and finesse. Viscous, dry, with citrus, orange & honey aromas and a sharp tang of acidity and lemon pit at the finish. Excellent.

November 30, 2014 - Much better at cool room temp. Better aromatics, more viscuous and fruity. Too muted and slightly bitter when chilled.
