December 14, 2021 - Very light nose of toast and membrillo. The palate has light reductive flavors as well as candied apricots, membrillo and lime zest. 91

September 11, 2021 - Nice, golden yellow color. Beautiful nose of yellow cling peaches and toasted brioche. I always LOVE this wine around this age and this is no exception. Rich and luxurious on the palate, this has the size and weight of a luxury cuvee Champagne (but not the acidity, precision nor salinity). Absolutely delicious and fully mature this is delicious on it's own or with food (or even as an after dinner digestif!). Drink now-2023 92

April 17, 2021 - This is rich and toasty, loaded with autolytic yeast aromas as well as quince and pear preserves. Rich and full-bodied, this is round and broad on the palate with plenty of sweet pit fruit and pear preserves as well as toasted brioche, mineral and a hint of smoke. Great stuff as usual! Drink now-2023 92

November 15, 2019 - PnP. Metallic yellow, fine mousse. Spicy sweetish mature classic CAVA bouquet. Broad dry harmonious palate, dry complex finish. Drink now - onwards.

April 24, 2019 - Quite spectacular, and the finest Cava that I have tasted! It features and intriguing combination of expansive and pleasantly weighty earth and mineral substance, along with piercing acids. At or near peak, and likely to hold for five to seven years, perhaps longer. 92-93.
