September 4, 2023 - Still a very youthful color, the nose is now very smoky with toasted brioche with burnt honey, bruised apricot and some wild flowers. Medium-full bodied, this is quite rich and mouth-filling. Loaded with more bruised apricots drizzled with burnt sourwood honey, lemon/lime zest and a salty finish. As always, this is just excellent! Drink now-2025 92

April 3, 2023 - Medium yellow color. Beautiful nose of spring flowers, pit fruits and a hint of wood smoke. The palate is just LOADED with sweet cling peaches and apricots, brioche and oyster shell on the finish. This is remarkably similar to Champagne at this stage of its development. Just fantastic and incredibly youthful for a 12 year old Cava! 92

May 22, 2022 - Very youthful yellow color. Lightly aromatic of pit fruits dipped in honey and oyster shell. Medium-full bodied, there are more pit fruits on the palate as well as zesty acidity and more oyster shell minerality. As always, this is as delicious as it is age-worthy! 92
