    July 3, 2017 - NobleRottersSydney - Otago Pinot (360 Bar & Dining, Sydney): {screwcap, 14%} (Guest - David) Developing nose; soft brown leaves, warm spiced meats. There’s a bit of resiny oak on the light/medium-bodied palate; there’s also more in the way of red cherry fruit on the palate and less of the evolved character the nose promised. It’s a bit hard too; lacks charm certainly, translating to a certain hardness on the finish, which is short/medium in length. Maybe it’s in a sullen phase just now.
