October 21, 2019 - Very unique nose that shows a nice, earthy funk I usually associate with red Burgundy. Beautifully balanced palate, showing good fruit and perfectly rounded oak.
This is one of the most subtle, perfect California Chards I’ve had in a long time. Probably has another year or so of life left, but it is fantastic now if you prefer nuanced, non-oak bombs. -

July 13, 2018 - Still vibrant, with mature notes of melon, lime, and apricot. Nice finish. Very characteristic of nicely aged Martinelli Chardonnay

June 20, 2017 - PnP. Showed better than the Three Sisters Chard had last night due to better acidity. A nice medium to plus mouthfeel, with tastes of oak, and a good bit of stone fruits. Not as "fat" as the Three Sisters, but could have benefitted from a bit more acidity. Should hold for several years
