August 3, 2014 - EXCELLENT vin, pleinement mûr, bord à peine orangé, plutôt rosé, reste opaque, profond et parfumé, assez concentré, moins d'humus et de terre que le 78 qui semble plus proche du déclin que ce 79 vraiment excellent. Acidité soutenue et fruité très présent, signes d'une apogée qui se maintient... Fruits noirs, et rouges, cèdre, champignons, légère touche de venaison, cigare, finale alcoolique assez impressionnante... Vin somptueux qui résiste aux outrages du temps... 91-92
