Community Tasting Notes 1

September 1, 2019 - Sagrantino from Swan Hill in Victoria, Australia. Dark ruby, shading to brick-red. Strong aromas of blackcurrant, violet floral notes, and salty earth. Palate rich and full bodied with ripe black fruits, savoury beef broth and big grippy tannins, finishing long and complex with dark chocolate and tobacco. Smashing wine, drinking well now but will continue to evolve.
