June 19, 2021 - Quite pleasant overall, but certainly aged. Minimal nose. No particularly discernible fruit or flavor profiles, but fruit was still present. Finely balanced and enough structure remaining. Enjoyed but nothing exquisite.

May 7, 2015 - a bit murky and probably woody but a nice mushroom note. Drink up. Not made for longer term cellaring.

November 10, 2012 - Goose dinner with friends (Stockholm): Appearance: bright red colour, lighter red at the edge.
Nose: mint, red berries - sweetish cherries, flowery notes, mineral, elegant.
Palate: red berries, well integrated sweetness of fruit, some spice, softened tannins, good acidity.
Rather fully developed, but could be cellared more.

June 8, 2012 - Maturing ruby with clear edge. Very smoky char dominates at first but then relaxes to reveal gaminess and pungent red and black fruit. Medium weight, quite elegant. The texture is quite smooth until some pesky residual tannin intrudes on the end. Not great but so much better and far sounder than the only other bottle I had 5 years ago.

May 16, 2012 - Dark ruby. Decanted for a couple of hours after the first sip was pretty tannic. Appealing aromas of sour cherry and cassis, mushroom and chocolate. But surprisingly monolithic on the palate. I can't tell if this is still too young (possible). I expected more.
