April 30, 2016 - Hunter Valley 2016 Trip #1 (Hunter Valley, Australia): Melon, musk and oats. Mild palate, fairly held back on the fruit front. Would probably go nicely with food - a little more depth and tired would be cracking.

March 19, 2016 - Burgundian style chardonnay. Dry flinty clean. Refreshing. No hint of flabby buttery chardonnay in sight! Lovely aperitif.
