January 3, 2017 - I really enjoyed drinking this wine. Really acidic and citrus flavored. Little to no oak at all. Pucker was great. Flavors not very complex but not single noted, either. Some umami though very, very light. I feel that there is something particular to my palette that is not necessarily a crowd pleaser. I'm looking to find another six or twelve bottles of this. Great drinking without food but I could see pairing this with Thai or other types of Asian food as well as any seafood.
