    February 7, 2016 - Similar to the 11/13/15 bottle.

November 13, 2015 - Pale yellow color and lively, fine mousse. Aromas of bread dough, pear, apples and minerals. Ripe, well-balanced fruit in the mouth with very good depth and length. Although young, long and somewhat creamy on the palate. A clear step up from the the non-vintage Picamelot cremants and an excellent value.
