July 10, 2017 - Should be even better with a bit more age.

September 9, 2015 - Tasting @ Le Cave de L'Ange Gardien, Beaune, France: Chardonnay grapes were grown on red grape soil. Viscous. Nose: deep oak, whiskey notes. On the palate, heavy body, alcoholic, chocolate, floral, spicy, slightly sweet. 13.5% alcohol. 63 euros.
