June 30, 2018 - Dinner at Jumbo Seafood. Pale yellow colour. On the nose, citrus and floral aromas. Notes of lemon, pineapple and honey on the palate. Good level of acidity. Taste profile is quite unique and unlike typical Chardonnay, probably due to the unusual grape blend (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and indigenous Picolit). Mid length finish. Paired well with seafood.

June 13, 2017 - This borders on being a dessert wine, with late harvest picolit added. The nose is rich and ripe with pears, apricots and honey. The palate is also rich but has enough acidity to keep it fresh. There is a great almond element to this as well. A lovely bottle, will be looking for more to add to my cellar as this is clearly ageworthy.

November 30, 2016 - This was opened an hour or two before I got home and kept in the fridge. Served with dinner, finished later in the evening. Nose is pretty tight with just a hint of white flowers and sea spray. On the palate much more expressive with lemon, tropical fruits, white flowers a bit of flint and finishing with sea spray. Nice compelling acids on the finish but otherwise fuller. Really like where this is at!

September 29, 2016 - 45% Chardonnay, 45% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Picolit. This is very skilful and elegant. Drinking well now and probably for another couple of years.
