March 8, 2018 - Rough-edged but solid red Italian wine. Chalky with some undertones of plums. A good wine for hearty Italian dishes. While there is plenty of tannin, I don't think this will get better with age--drink now.

December 14, 2016 - A solid, very drinkable red wine. Tannin will keep it drinkable for several more years. Somewhat acidic right now. It should be excellent with pasta, chicken or mild sausages.

October 17, 2016 - Berry and somewhat floral nose, giving way to cherry and strawberry flavors with perhaps a hint of cassis. Soft, low acidity, even a touch of sweetness. Medium body and finish. Enjoyable and easy to drink. A good value.

January 22, 2016 - S: a weak nose, subtle vanilla with a mix of floral T: nice mix of fruits, cherry, cassis, blueberry. Smooth mouth, then a bit of spice on the mid. Lots of variety going on which makes sense since this is a blend of cab, merlot, Syrah, and Sangiovese.
