November 15, 2006 - I purchased this last year while visiting the Okanagan Valley (highly suggested) and decided to try one. I opened this one too soon. Aromas of raspberries came to mind, but very tart to sour on the pallete, but with more air tended to subside. I'm giving the other bottle a couple years at least.
