May 12, 2020 - Dark, fresh fruit flavors that are a bit muted. It has good body and soft tannins. A little VA on opening.

Drank this in blind taste and this was my favorite zin of 3. Was opened about 1 hour, don’t think I would decant this wine. Finish still a bit hot and my thoughts were that time in cellar would help that a bit. But it is a 15.8 % so possibly that hotness may not change.
