  July 13, 2006 - Anniversary Dinner at Courtright's Restaurant (Willow Springs, Illinois): This was served with the chefs take on the classic BLT. Some crumbled bacon was served with two tomato based gelatins with young leaf lettuce and a drizzle of mayo. Very flavorful. Although it would not have been my choice, th wine matched worked. It had some tropical notes and was lightly oaked. A very plentiful nose with some pear nuances on the finish. 87 points.

  March 3, 2006 - Nice, fruity and smooth. Big Pears and Apples. A bit sour or tart on the finish but definitely nice for the money.

  November 4, 2005 - Pale yellow color, not much aroma, decent texture, lots of oak, butter, some herb on palate. Intense decent herbal-citrus finish. A home run with a grilled skate wing in a lemon and roasted garlic sauce. Not too shabby for $14.
