May 14, 2019 - Classic Shiraz. Big and peppery. Consumed over two days with little change. Recommend holding a few years to develop more tertiary flavors.

November 18, 2017 - Decanted it 2 hours before tasting with nine friends. Lavender, mint, leather, violets. Very complex, floral and pleasant. Pretty smooth tannins. Still a bit young, but a really good mouthful. With his first sniff, one person got the eucalyptus and phenol aroma someone mentioned, but he didn’t get it again and never tasted it. One very unique Shiraz! I like it A LOT!
