October 29, 2017 - Last of six. Some bottle variation, but overall just a lovely high toned, complex, weightless gem that's worth seeking out.

August 25, 2017 - Two hour decant, this was a complete unknown to start off with but quickly established itself in both nose and palate as an interesting, complex wine. Dark fruit and smoke dominate along with some clove thrown in. Full bodied with a solid mouthfeel and a fairly long finish. Not sure where I am going to find another bottle of this, likely going to have it shipped to me. Well worth the effort to track down, yet another interesting greek varietal.

November 3, 2016 - I agree with others that this has notes of a schiava. In my mind, that perhaps crossed with a pinot. Had never tried Vlahiko or Bekari grapes before, so was an interesting experience. Medium to almost light bodied. The age was nice on it and I would get this again.

February 20, 2016 - Hmm, that's odd. This first bottle from the last shipment has a super buttery (diacetyl?) character that had nothing to do with the first batch we'd received. Will check another bottle to ensure it is high-toned and bitey as it should be.

December 16, 2015 - from memory: light ruby red. lean, sour cherry, nice dry tannins. Reminded me of an Italian Schiava.
