December 25, 2023 - Dark and beautiful ruby red color in the glass. Aroma of cherry and strawberry along with some baking spices. Light to medium body, juicy and ripe with flavors of cherry and raspberry. Longish finish. This drank very very well, but might not have a ton of time left in it for a drinking window.

May 14, 2021 - Agreed with DJFermentation that initially showed some fizz for the first 60-90 minutes. Took some time to get there but after a few hours, the wine was nicely balanced with good structure and layers of more concentrated red fruit, earth, mild spice and soft tannins. Nicely elegant wine that should hopefully continue to improve over the next few years.
