March 30, 2024 - Delicious. Paired with beef tenderloin and trimmings on Easter Saturday and it was well received by the family. Decanted it for an about 80 mins, which did allow it to open, but it was drinking well as soon as we poured it in the decanter. Rich and full-bodied, there is lots of dark fruit and spice here, and the tannins have softened nicely. My guess is the oak might integrate a little more with some added age, but regardless it's gorgeous now and has lots of life ahead of it.

December 20, 2022 - Remarquable de terroir et de tertiaires, profondeur et attaque.

May 27, 2022 - Still firm and just starting to show tertiary flavours. Very enjoyable now but still has many years to go.

January 4, 2022 - Good with steak pie. Still very firm tannins suggest there’s no rush to drink this.

August 7, 2021 - Showing some aging with slight bricking around edges. Decanted and still needed time after an hour. Strong notes of rose on nose. Classic tobacco and cedar palate, very elegant.

Have another bottle. Definitely some legs on this and will be great to come back to in a couple years. Lively wine.
