January 6, 2019 - Had to give this wine about 1 hour in the glass or so to blow off some of the heavy earth funk from what appeared to be brettanmyces. After that mellowed, flavors of earth and smoke with a super long finish. A very interesting wine.

June 15, 2016 - Wine has really mellowed, I still get a bit of acid on the tip of my tongue. Lot's of flavor throughout, a bit of smoke and small noticeable tannin on the finish.
