  May 10, 2019 - This was store in the distributors warehouse for the last couple of years, which is not temp controlled. That being said, upon opening this was drinking mature, but fine. It didn't have the pop and freshness of the other wines from the portfolio that we were trying, but it was interesting, with light fruit, some earth, that volcano/mineral thing that you tend to get from these type of soils. A few hours later it was tired and not appealing. Maybe bottles that have been temp controlled will fare better but for the people with the remaining 27 bottles listed on Cellartracker, I would drink up. Tried two bottles with consistent results.

  February 24, 2018 - Medium + acidity, medium + tannin, medium body. Some slightly dried red fruit showing on top of slightly tart cherries. The wine is in its drinking window for sure, but the tannins are still quite grippy. It was decanted for 2 hours before the final glass which I am using for this review. I don't believe it will improve with age, but should be ok after another 10 months. It is quite fun to drink and just needs a bit of salty snacks to balance the tannins.
