February 4, 2023 - Wow. So pure. Lip smacking acidity throughout the palate, minerality can’t stop won’t stop. Super chalky. BQ getting quince. Quite possibly the longest finish I’ve had on a champagne. @ Chambers

November 16, 2021 - Very low carbonation, with a slightly chalky notes. Creamy strawberry, toasted almond, and with air picks up a mushroom earthy note. Mid palate shows quite heavy with a plumminess. Tasty but really lacks acidity/energy. It's such a unique wine, and i'm glad to have tried it.

May 5, 2021 - Three years since my last bottle. Stunningly good, and a massive over-performer for the vintage. Delicate, savory, and complex. Sadly my last bottle, and I don't expect to see another any time soon.
