December 14, 2016 - Absolutely herbal and anise-like on the nose.
Soft, creamy texture with sweet carob, sour cherries and zucchini flavors. Raisins in the aftertaste.
Supreme digestibility. Pitifully my last bottle.
Absolutamente a hierba y anís en nariz.
Suave, de textura cremosa con sabores a algarroba dulce, cerezas agrias y a calabacín. Uvas pasas en el postgusto.
Suprema digestibilidad. Mi última botella. Qué pena... -

May 25, 2016 - Introducing Irancy to Spanish Aficionados (Restaurante Garcia de la Navarra - Madrid): For some, the worst wine I had ever tasted (?) ; for others too abundant on the nose while on the palate appreciated that softness and seedless raisins memories.
My opinion? Again the ratafia was more an appetizer than a dessert wine
Para alguno, el peor vino que jamás habían probado (?); para otros demasiado abundante en nariz mientras que en boca apreciaron su suavidad y ese recuerdo a pasas sin semillas.
¿Mi opinión? Una vez más la ratafia era más un aperitivo que un vino de postre -

August 22, 2015 - Vive la France: Paris et l'Yonne; 8/11/2015-8/22/2015 (France): A high class Ratafia here. Rich on the nose where aromas of raisins grape soar. A delight. The palate is delicate and very long . Certainly the best of all the tested. I take two bottles to Madrid.
De una clase superior. Abundante en nariz donde los aromas a uva pasas se disparan. Una delicia. En boca es delicada y muy larga. La mejor sin duda de todas la probadas. Me llevo dos botellas a Madrid.
