Dark in color the nose shows nice cassis, blackfruit, with noticeable alcohol and a touch of minerality. Strong tannins in the mouth with a high acidity. Flavors of charcoal, blueberries, blackberries, and rich alcohol on the finish that seems to distract from this wines nice fruit. 3/5
