March 26, 2021 - There's a certain amount of breadth to the palate now, but it's still very much Chablis. Concentrated, mineral, and still that distinct grapefruit oil note. Really like this wine, wish I wasn't down to my last bottle.

November 14, 2020 - All about the pink grapefruit. Quite enjoyable.

January 11, 2020 - Big wine. Concentrated and grippy on the palate. Med+ acidity, less than the last bottle. Bitter grapefruit pith. Good length. Excellent with both raw oysters and crab linguini.

March 10, 2019 - Lively acidity, pink grapefruit citrus on the palate and grippy.

October 12, 2018 - Starting to round out with still a touch of lemony acidity. A Chablis for people to enjoy. In a good place at the moment.
