February 5, 2021 - Golden hue. Nose is complex and totally mature - honey, dried fruit, apricot, mango. Smoke, petrol, mushroom. Palate is rich, apricot, lime, honey. Good length, but at 13.5% alcohol, a little warm on the finish. No shortage of flavour, but lacking freshness. Left it a bit long, sadly.
