July 22, 2006 - 52% Dolcetto, 32% Nebbiolo, 16% Refosco. Deep garnet color. Earthy aroma of black pepper and black cherries with hints of chocolate. Big flavor of black cherries that persists throughout the mouthful. Long finish with silky tannins.
