December 23, 2023 - Tastes very much like the blend of fresh and aged — super rich nutty toasty nose and bright lemon mineral palate. T-shaped — broad rich base and piercing center line. Great.

September 8, 2023 - En magnum - vendages 2016, disgorged 12/15/20, 6g / L dosage, 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay. Light golden color with tiny bubbles slowly rising to the top. Gorgeous nose of apple, pear and spice with a hint of citrus that really jumps from the glass. Beautiful minerality and tremendous cut. Both rich and weightless at the same time. A beautiful Champagne with food, but definitely enjoyable as an apértif. A step up in class from a bottle of Rive Gauche (100% Pinot Meunier) I had a number of years back.

August 15, 2023 - Dry, high acidity. Bruised apple, honeysuckle, pear, honey, light butter, walnuts. Fuller bodied and deeper coloured than expected.
