September 7, 2018 - I've quite enjoyed Cellar 33's chardonnays in the past. This one was off. Color was very advanced. Deep gold, it looked more like a 12 year old Sauternes. The Cork looked fine. Absolutely nothing on the nose . Nice acidity and mouth feel, but nearly devoid of flavor on the palate. I'm very sensitive to TCA....I tasted no indications of that and the color suggests something other than that. Flawed.
