Community Tasting Notes 2

April 28, 2019 - 1st evening: very sweet nose with hints of raisins and herbs, thymian, some wood and vanilla. Contrasting on the palate with a very bordeaux style taste with lots of red fruits and fine tannins. Very nice and very long but delicate vanilla finish.
2nd evening: more balance between nose and taste. Still styled like a bordeaux but now it starts with some sweetness, again with raisins, lots of cherries and then moving to a more tannin dictated mouth feel and taste.
    Very nice!
