September 17, 2023 - Ok this is drinking really well right now. Mild funk, tar, spice, raspberries, dried flowers and herbs. Medium plus finish and good acidity. Drink now to 2025.

December 26, 2020 - Light ruby color. Enticing aromas of fresh cherry, roze petals, tar and some hint of sandalwood. This is for me a perfect example of that magic fresh/floral/dark profile that Nebbiolo can offer.
On the palate this wine offers a full body with mouth coating silky tannins and fresh acidity. The finish seems to linger on for minutes and echoes the fresh fruit from the initial aroma’s.
This wine is great right now, but will probably benefit from 3-5 years more cellar time to become even smoother. Drink now - 2031
Note: I tested a few glasses with this wine an noticed that it significantly benefitted from the new Riedel Performance series, the Cabernet/Merlit version, in the sense that it allowed the aroma’s to express themselves even more.
This whole glass topic is something that deserves a tasting note on its own...
