  January 20, 2021 - Really in a nice spot. White pepper shines on the nose. Dark berry, pepper and balsamic on the palate.

  May 20, 2020 - Opened this tonight, thanks to the cool spring evening. Sat on the porch and sipped two glasses.
  
  Similar to my note in February: Very savory on the palate. Everything is seamless, moving from front to middle to back end. Shows best around 62-64 degrees. Drank in a Grassl 1855 stem.
  
  Drink over the next 12 months, maybe a hair longer.
  
  Yay for aged Syrah!

  May 11, 2020 - Okay, this is more like it. Balanced, borderline austere, pure, and simply enjoyable. I believe this wine is at or near its peak. Would definitely buy (and drink) more.
