March 16, 2024 - Nice color with slight browning notes. Nose is wonderful; red cherries, rose water, and maybe jammy lingonberries. Palate is fantastic. This bottle still has a slight effervescence. Nice body on the mid-palate. Agree with other taster that this is a very feminine rendition of Thomas and I'm very happy with that. Like a nice Volnay, it has great presence on the palate (almost like glycerine) and doesn't need to be a fruit bomb. Elegant. Should last awhile as it's clearly not falling apart but why risk the wait?

March 4, 2024 - Delicious vibrant red cherry and earthy notes on the nose and savory palate with a long finish. Continues to drink beautifully!

December 10, 2023 - A little bottle variation from the last one, this one needed less time to open, but also seemed healthier- a bit more vibrant. Other than this very consistent with the one opened last week. Would still consider drinking the ‘13s sooner rather than later.

November 28, 2023 - I’ve always thought that Thomases are just hitting their stride at the 10 year mark- this vintage may be an exception to that, and may have hit its peak. It is one of the most feminine Thomases I’ve tasted- a delicate enchanting nose, showing strawberries and raspberries which hold through in the tasting. The finish may be a bit shorter than other vintages, but it definitely has an ephemeral quality to it.

November 23, 2023 - I expected this to be good and it was. Bright red fruit nose with plenty of spice and some whole-cluster dust. In the mouth, deeper fruit but, again, mostly red fruit. A little blue but predominantly pie cherry and stewed cranberry. And I love the dustiness that carries through start to finish. Speaking of finish, it’s moderately short but exceptional. I started with 4 of these and now they’re gone. Too bad - this was its best showing. Drank with Thanksgiving dinner - and a taste in the cellar before dinner, which was the best part. It’s not a great food wine but it is a great sipping and paying attention to wine.
