August 12, 2021 - Opened and poured nicely with notes of cherry and graphite. After five minutes in the glass, though, turned vigorously grassy and vegetal. Not what I was expecting. It was fine but really not what I’d hoped.

April 1, 2021 - decanted 90 min; dark ruby; powerful bouquet on the nose; zesty and tart, red fruited, menthol, high acid with good zip; 14.5% powerful; lots of life left; paired well with turkey burgers.
