Community Tasting Notes 2

April 17, 2020 - Clear, inky purple, high intensity color

Clean, medium (+) intensity, pronounced, cooked black cherry, ripened blackberry, fig, coffee, tobacco, and candied black, vanilla and red fruits. Developing aromas.

Dry, medium (+) acidity, round ripened medium tannins, mouthful of black cherry, black pepper, roasted coffee, and truffles.

    Very good quality wine.

Drink now and suitable for additional aging.
