A little flat as far as energy goes on the palate and could've also been more aromatic as a whole.

December 7, 2015 - Opened as a white burgundy, high acid, minerals and almost a seashell briny/chalkiness along with a zesty lemon. Even then though there was a creaminess hiding the background. As is breathed it gained weight over the course of an hour or so, more cream came to the forefront along with some green almond and the lemon turned more toward lemon curd.
