July 16, 2020 - Nice clear, light yellow. The slightest hint of petrol on the nose, along with muted white flowers. Nice body, with crisp white apple flavors, and a hint of lime. Light to meduim body with just enough residual sweetness. But not cloying at all. Went very nicely with butter poached catfish. Cut through the richness nicely. Punching a bit above it's weight tonight.
