  March 31, 2024 - Not as full as my prior bottle consumed just a few months ago.
  Prior bottle had years of life left in it. Not so much this one.
  Still very enjoyable but drink up.

  April 9, 2023 - What a wine! Still had a ton life left when we drank it, very structured composure led me to think another couple years would have exposed the depth, you’ll want to let this one breathe. I suspect is starting to show well now.

  January 16, 2022 - I've been a ZD club member 30+ years. This ZD Reserve was a bit different as it has more licorice and spice. It was decanted for 2 hours but took a third hour to really open up. Can go for years yet.

  July 7, 2018 - Soft tannins, smooth. Hint of leather. Went well with steak.

  October 2, 2015 - Got the club shipment and let is settle for a couple of weeks. Wow, this is an excellent wine! Great nose, texture, mouthfeel. Was surprised by how soft it is....we had a 2011 reserve the day before for comparison. I am not sure how the tannins will balance out but it is a young wine with a solid finish. I cannot wait for my next bottle.
