April 29, 2020 - Very nice cab. Started with a somewhat sour note, but that disappeared when we started eating. Definitely better with food. Bottle description is spot on, “flavors of black cherry, plum, dark chocolate and mint.” The mint was strong enough that it makes me wonder if eucalyptus plants are growing around the vines. This is probably at its peak now, but should hold on for another year or two at least.
